Refunds and exchanges will only be accepted within 10 days of receiving your item. Please contact us at customerservice@leonebeauty.com to begin your process. Please include full name + order number in email.  

We are unable to accept physical returns of brushes due to hygiene reasons- however if there is an issue with your order we are more than happy to exchange or provide a website credit/refund.
